OVER the MOON

Our mission with Over The Moon is to provide fresh, tasty, plant based, organic food to the Fairfield community and beyond. 100% vegan and organic, Over The Moon is the first of its kind in Fairfield and one of a pioneering handful in the Midwest. From experience in the restaurant industry, on local farms, and in the kitchen we have developed a passion for good, honest food that both nourishes the individual and enriches the community, and we want to share that with you.

 

We care deeply about the impacts of the food industry on the planet and people and believe that the choices we make in how and what we eat have the potential to positively influence body, mind, environment, and the connections between.

 

Over The Moon is the culmination of years of testing, tasting, creating recipes and developing a model of how we believe food should be prepared and served to best nourish the customer (that’s you!).
